Yes. It's a classic that everyone should read. Don Quixote as result of the popularity of the book is English word you can find in the dictionary. Also, the phrase "tilting at the windmills" comes from that book as well.

Also who is your favourite writer??
I don't have one but if I did it'll likely be Fyodor Dostoevsky.

I'm currently reading Jeffry Sach's End of Poverty.

Demure, I searched the website for a Murursade writer, but haven't come in contact with any. Is the book written in English or Somali?

LOL@ Murusade!...Once and for all I'm half murusade on the mom side.

The book is written in Somali, that's why it's taking me forever to finish it.

Demure,

I read the book last in 1994 so I need to refresh my memories.

So your father wrote a book, wow thats great

Inshallah, I hope to write three books: Great Hawiye Leaders (Abdullahi Isse, Aden Caade, the Late Great Sheik Ali Jimcaale), Awowe's Gift (Memoirs of My Late Awowe) and The 3rd of October (The Somali perspective of Black Hawk Down).

I have started the first two & hope to get the research for the last one soon. It is a personal hobby of mine to make detailed records about family history and especially talk to my old relatives before they pass.

Btw, wlc back :rose:
