i have been to hargeisa and for some reason i dont think southerners did it
because hargeisa has a lot of southereners i mean tens of thousands they have run away from war why would they want the war to follow them.

How ridiculous, as if someone would lose their life (suicide attack) for dahir riyale or an african president to win/delay an election. A misguided person might think they were justified to to do this for Islam but who on earth would carry out a co-ordinated suicide mission for riyale to delay elections.

you do realise the so called ethiopians working in the embassies are nothing more than
xabashi speaking reer jigjiga(maybe 1 or two xabasha), the ethiopians use somalis from kilinka shanaad and i knew the people who worked there.

My analysis of the inside job isn't about delaying the election. It's about changes that are occurring in the West with regard to the financial crisis. The financial & military assistance the administrations of Puntland/Somaliland receive from the West will come to a halt in the near future. Those administrations will be on their own.

Somali wadaado and Itihad from south somalia have done many terrorist attacks in somaliland before. They killed 2 british teachers in Sheekh. They killed an italian lady in Borame. They killed a kenyan NGO worker and hurted a german NGO worker between Hargeisa and Berbera. And many more. All of these attacks took place in the last 5 years. So why would they not do it again?
