A group of more than 200 Somali MPs are stranded in the Kenyan capital a week after attending a regional summit.
The MPs say the organisers of the summit have refused to cover their travel expenses back to Somalia.

Those MPs do not represent Somalis; they represent their own selfish interests and the interests of foreigners.

I agree they don't represent anyone, but to the rest of the world an MP has a constituency he/she is chosen from and he/she represents the views and interests of his constituents.. so to the rest of the world they do represent somalis.

They are an absolute disgrace!! are we supposed to believe they don't have $100 or whatever it takes to go home? they are just EXTORTING money and they don't care about somalinimo if they did they would not humiliate themselves and the reputation of somalis.

Well, They are spending their wonderful time in Nairobi chewing JAAD, talking about Somali politics and how they will squeeze more dollars from Gaal countries and donors and poor "Tolka" like Cawar and Xoogasade to send more money.

Rest assured that DHAHAB SHIIL will be OPEN FOR BUSINESS for a long time with leaders like these 200 Members of Parliament.

I don't know where you got that funny idea. These are warlords, their deputies and extended family members. They are the same men who destroyed Somalia. It's men like those that America and Europe are supporting to rule Somalis.

Funny how most people are quick to figure out that none of these MPs represent them nor did they elect them. However, I dont see anyone voicing their views and letting the world know. Its like we are supressing our own voice.
