so why are you against the principle

Your family is not meant to collect the money, the killer is meant to begg relatives, somalis take it for granted, He killer kills someone and he just laid back as his family take care of the rest.

I couldnt pay man.......every effer that kills should be killed, blood money only adds fuel to the situation, imagine someone killed ur brother, his family gives ur family money and u see that guy everyday, walking around like nothing happened.

I dont think most ppl understand why this is done. It is not only religious but a tradition as well. If a someone from a certain qabil kills someone, then the killers qabil(relatives) collect money and give it to the victims family. The killer isnt getting any money out of this but mostly a bad name and shame. It keeps the people satistfied even thou it doesn't bring a loved one back. Hope this clearified it for yall. I dont usually pay anything for these kind of things but abbo macaane does.
