Considering I am the source, I would be the first to know.
Read the Sanaag section I've posted the same updates and these same statements made by HR which were also posted on LQnet and the rest.
All you got to do is ask, MPLS raised the amount I stated and if you believe other wise I could care less. But all Warsangelis including the Jibrels can confirm my and kins "hot air".

They managed to raise 400,000 since year 2000? almost 10 years. Laa xawla.
Bosaso Port costed about 19 million dollars back 1989 when it was built. And stil Bosaso port is small when compared to Berbera Port. So in that case, I wanna see how a port which costs fractions of Bosaso port will look like.
Maybe enough for the Fishfaces to load and off load their daily catches.
