It's impossible for you to get their citizenship.

Although my family was lucky as my dad came here to work a gazillion years a go when Dubai still had donkey carts and camels, so to speak. :lol:

You already have an EU citizinship? why do you even want one of the UAE where you have to pay for a visa in nearly every country. :lol:

Yeah i have EU and no i dont want UAE citizenship, i was just wondering whether somalis there have :|

but clearly they dont, so why are they waiting thousands of years hoping their descendants will get it

so are there any advantages of being rer Dubai with the citizenship??? theres a never ending list of benefits of having EU, particularly if you have a house here

good thing i went into the market before the boom, so i bought in at a very cheap price.

first one was for $85,000 studio in 2004 would you believe that price,
then in 2005 i got a 1 bedroom for $100,000

they have both doubled in price and even if i find a buyer now during the crash i will still make a profit inshallah...

i plan to keep them and rent them out, thats why i am a long term investor....

i always stay away from luxury properties coz its a waste of time and thier value is unstable.

my properties are cheap and in a good location and are for the working class, meaning that i will always find people to rent it.

things getting pretty bad in here too.

they fired doctors and engneers, bankers who where her for ages now!!.
and worse they hiring new people to do the same job for less salary!!
