Can you tell me what power MJs have in this government?

Ina Sharmarke will have to fulfill an ARS agenda. The entire System is being dictated to him and he has no choice to carry out his own agenda. If he disagrees with the ARS, he will lose politically since 200 of the MPs are from the ARS and we can always count on additional 61 Hawiye MPs and bonus MPs from D&M, Dir and Darood.

If he takes up arms, he will lose faster than an ice cube in an Arabian desert since the ARS controls the security of Somalia today.

I wanna know how you can think of him as being in charge of anything? Heck even the trade minister post you got is nothing without the finance Minister.
