http://www.haaretz.com/ this afternoon that talks between him and Livni broke and it will take a while to see who comes out with a coalition. I'd want him to win.
As to him attacking Iran.Hmm.. Could be a good thing. We shall see

Israel's wins in the past involved secular Muslims. Hamas, Hezbollah and Iran are different. Syria has formed and is training its own version of Hezbollah, so it's different. It's one thing for Israel to defeat secular Muslims, but it cannot defeat Islamists, and it has yet to prove it can. Its last encounter against Hezbollah was a disaster. Its last encounter against Hamas was also a disaster, as it didn't achieve any of its objectives. So, a near future encounter against Islamists would only result more disaster for Israel. The fact of the matter is, Israel lost its deterrence and invincibility for good.
