Re: Manchester U. 1 - 4 Liverpool
Many reasons.. the first one being their confidence level in Europe, which has dramatically increased since Mourinho became their coach.
The recent game at Old Trafford with Man U is a testament.. plus they need couple of key players in mid field.. with quality..
Viera is not the player he was 2 yrs ago, Figo is too old and if they replace those 2 players and add a decent partner for Ibrahimoch.. there is no reason the cant and shouldnt win next year.

..as far as champions league is concerned, no english team is going to win it this year; its Barca's year

Yeah, that but Zlatan Ibrohimovich is already the highest salaried player in all of the league, I doubt they'll have enough money to get someone "new" for him without having to trade someone out! Aside from Figo being slow & old...lol....He's still the man! I still have fond memories from him back in Barca in the good ole daysCawar wrote:Many reasons.. the first one being their confidence level in Europe, which has dramatically increased since Mourinho became their coach.

Well, as a neutral Gooner...
This dont effect the title race at all....this is liverpool were talkin' about....someone reminded me... that a decade ago Arsenal....(shuush
)..were in this postion with Man U leading with a good points margin and the gooners nicking the title at the end of the season. Liverpool wont do this....Man U just have too much for them..iv got a feelin' that if Rooneys Rant didnt take place (heehe any1 see the irony?..No? Okay)..the 1 about him hating liverpool, i feel he would have a had a better game laakin he was disgusting today. And, wait a sec...wheres this world player of the year that was supposed to be in Man U's sqaud today..coz i didn see him...

Liverpool's highlight of the season, beating Man Utd twice home and away. And just like last year when Man Utd lost to Man City twice home and away, they went on to win everything.
De ja vu?
