What is the issue here?

When we talk about deegaan wise, are you denying that Jawiil is an Udeejeen deegaan and that Udeejeen has equal rights to Hiiraan as any other group?

Another issue,

What problems does Xawaadle have with the fact that Udeejeen will create a degmo called Jawiil? Why does it bother Xawaadle?

As I see it, Udeejeen must be included in the city administration of Beledweyne city, and regional administration of Hiiraan since they were one of the first groups who moved in the region.

You misunderstood me bro. I dont have problems with Ujeejeen nor do i think is right for Xawadle to wrong Ujeejeen at all. Jawiil is Ujeejeen land without a doubt, matter of fact Ujeejeen have every right in Hiiraan.

Im personally against the whole this qabil owns this land or 4.5 system. Administration in Hiiraan should be according to who is the most deserving individual. If the governor happens to be Ujeejeen so be it.

The leader of Hiiraan at the moment only asked for a written letter from the president before he recognizes Jawiil as degmad of its own and he has every right to ask that. There is a government , the president of that government is Abgal so no one can cry he will turn it down because of qabil.
