oohh, Now I see I was banned or something happened from which my conversation with Mr. Infallible (aka. unclebin) here go a bit sensitive. first of all, don't accuse anyone here for being less religious or for being immoral, for all I care, you could be the shaydhan. But Since now I know precisely why I cant see the forum anymore, it seriously doesn't matter. You see, when someone is so foolish as to try and limit debate this way, I don't see any value in debating them. Your definition of Islamic scholar might be a different than mines... have you though of that? and since when has hot head with an AK become an Islamic scholar? Since when protecting rule of law become an attack on scholars?

An 80 year old man who has studied islam for longer then your life plus mine is definately an islamic scholar.
