oohh, Now I see I was banned or something happened from which my conversation with Mr. Infallible (aka. unclebin) here go a bit sensitive. first of all, don't accuse anyone here for being less religious or for being immoral, for all I care, you could be the shaydhan. But Since now I know precisely why I cant see the forum anymore, it seriously doesn't matter. You see, when someone is so foolish as to try and limit debate this way, I don't see any value in debating them. Your definition of Islamic scholar might be a different than mines... have you though of that? and since when has hot head with an AK become an Islamic scholar? Since when
protecting rule of law become an attack on scholars?
and comparing me to someone who insulted rasullah SAW?

Seriously? is this how you debate?
and by the way... I was UNHAPPY rule of LAW is being disrespected.... not HAPPY for them to be arrested. RULE OF LAW IS IMPORTANT THAN ONE SHEIK! period.

Listen up dude. The thread is there. I did not have you banned. I am not a puss.y who ask for others to be banned. Ask the moderators of the Private section why you can't see it.
Second of all you insulted religious scholars.
An 80 year old man who has studied islam for longer then your life plus mine is definately an islamic scholar.
RULE OF WHAT LAW? SHARIA? JAPANESE LAW? BRITISH LAW? WHAT ONE?
I want you to enlighten me what laws he broke.
Again ask Cinque Mtume why you can't see the forum. Nobody has anything against you dude.

Insulting them?
you continue with your biased view... and since you can't really read well or understand what you are reading... I am going give a quote that puts it in laymen terms for you.
The rule of law is an ambiguous term that can mean different things in different contexts. In one context the term means rule according to law. No individual can be ordered by the government to pay civil damages or suffer criminal punishment except in strict accordance with well-established and clearly defined laws and procedures. In a second context the term means rule under law. No branch of government is above the law, and no public official may act arbitrarily or unilaterally outside the law. In a third context the term means rule according to a higher law. No written law may be enforced by the government unless it conforms with certain unwritten, universal principles of fairness, morality, and justice that transcend human legal systems.
In the case of this sheik... IT MEANS NO BUSTING HIM OUT OF JAIL!!!
get it? no one is ABOVE the law.
Stop defending sheiks as they are infallible (may be you don't understand this too: it means Incapable of failing or error). defending rule of law by being against sheiks who cause public disorder and create bloodshed is not being against our religion and its not disrespectful to our religion. I think you forget that every time... ISLAM IS >>>OUR <<<RELIGION. it doesnot belong to a sheik.
btw, I STILL CAN'T BELIEVE you compared me to someone who insulted rasullah (SAW)

... and you say you have nothing against me? good job moryan!
