You had an extremely ruthless, cruel and ambitious dictator, who above all wanted to turn what was widely regarded as Africa’s most homogenous country into a nation of enemies, he wanted every region to mistrust the other and he wanted all clans to be beholden to him.

I liked one interview she gave cnn in '93 where she wasn't afraid to mention American lead UNISOM not helping the situation but causing more harm on Muqdisho people. She is brilliant god bless her.

Peace- here is a American CIA document AT THE TIME of the 1969 coup that was declassified just recently. Look at Rukiya in 1993 saying Siyaad turned Somalis into enemies and got clans against each other. Compare to what the CIA was observing in 1969, AT THE TIME of the coup.

http://www.state.gov/documents/organization/54644.pdf

Siyaad was not lying when he said I am not the president of a country but the Director of Lazareeti (Somalia's biggest mental asylum).

The truth can never be suppressed.

p.s. Notice the Intelligence report is dated Octobor 21, 1969.

I never denied human rights abuses that might have committed by the Somali national army whether led by the Isaaq man Habane in Mudug or the Majerten Morgan in Waqooyi just like no one can deny the American military human rights abuses in Abu Ghraib but in this day and age, in this information age, silly propaganda from politically motivated people is null and void. Period.

That is a denial

Even the most hardcore apologist of the regime does not deny that there were atrocities committed.
