Somali people are like rumaan. So many different seeds, everyone thinks and feels unique yet we are bound together by the skin that that makes us all the same and different from everyone else. Somali people are a loox in constant use. A smooth exterior that would have hidden the many broken treaties had it not been for the stains they left.

Last night this AA girl friend of my cousin came to town ..
Xalay oo dhan baan waday ..meel walba ayaan geeyay ..kolba guri baan dhiga , waan ku soo noqda ..kolba shopping mall iyo meel kale , waan ku soo labta ..marki dambe meel lagu soo tunto habeenki baan dhigay ..waan ku soo noqday .
Yaa?
The girl was like 2 my cousin " woow your cousin is such a nice man " !!
And my cuz to reply " yeah it's part of our culture
