Magnificent, ask them Mayor in what country?
This man was a mayor prior to the civil war, but the legitimacy of his office ended with the collapse of Somali govt. Ceerigabo had endured 4 years of conflict between the whole SNM rebel movement and the Warsangeli clan. Nomads from the deep reserves of Ethiopian Occupied Haud were enlisted as clan militia and thus joined their Idoor brethrens only to destroy the beautiful city of Ceerigaabo.
Now this city functions under the formal peace accord of Harti and Isaaq signed in 1993. These kids have been raised in the west to know the significance of this agreement and subsequent political relations of the 4 clans that co-inhabit in the city.

If a subclan of Majeerteen or Dhulbahante is bigger than Habar Yoonis, than how can a subclan of Habar Yoonis control something?

Osman Maxamud or Cumar Maxamud is larger than Habar Yoonis, and Majeerteen is as large or maybe larger than Garxajis. So I really don't think you're making sense of yourself, habarqabe_87ow...

Ceerigaabo is settled by 3 different clans....Harti...Habar Yoonis...and Habar Jeclo.

Ceerigaabo:

Harti = 70%
Habar Yoonis= 20%
Habar Jeclo = 10%%

The reason the Isxaq-flag is raised in Ceerigaabo is because majority of the Warsangeli iyo Dhulbahante clans in Ceerigaabo are Pro-Somalidiidland....inshallah they will see the light and ban any imaginary ideology.
