Weapons have been coming in for this government continuously. What is lacking is real leadership, that understands the advantages it has.

The thing is, every weapon is effective depending on the environment it is being used. Syria has MIG-29s, which are very capable jets, but it is being operated in an environment that has F-15s. F-16s, Euro-Fighters and other modern fighter jets, so its effectiveness is mitigated.

If the Somali Government Forces are equipped with the weapons you have listed in big numbers, it will affect the power-balance, leading to the defeat of the anti-peace forces.
