She's entitled to her opinion. Nobody is talking about "love" in this discussion. All that was mentioned are Salafi fake pussies preying on young Somalis and Somali chicks being deceived in to marrying these bastards. I've met a lot of Somali dudes who are Salafis who marry African-American Salafi women too.

They're a sect who believe they are a re-incarnation of the first 3 generations of the Muslims (thus their name). They're very misguided and look down on other Muslims. Never pray in non-Salafi masjids, never respect or listen to non-Salafi Sheikhs, don't even marry non-Salafis. They think they're the only ones who will enter paradise.

They've several names: Salafi-Saalih, Salafi-Jadiid (The new Salafis), Salafiyuun, Salafis, Madkhalees, etc.
They follow something they call Daw'wah Salaffiyah. They were founded by a Sheikh called Rabi Al-Madkhalee in the early 90s.
Many of their followers are African-Americans, Jamaicans & new converts.

The first thing they'll ask you before anything else is "Are you a Salafi?" This is even before they ask if you're a Muslim. They consider non-Salafis to be ahlul-bida'h or innovators i.e. people who do not follow the religion properly.
There was a Salafi sister who left this sect and made a youtube video about her experiences:
