“The adulterer — fornicator marries not but an adulteress — fornicatress or a Mushrikah; and the adulteress –fornicatress, none marries her except an adulterer — fornicater or a Mushrik [and that means that the man who agrees to marry (have a sexual relation with) a Mushrikah (female polytheist, pagan or idolatress) or a prostitute, then surely, he is either an adulterer — fornicator, or a Mushrik (polytheist, pagan or idolater). And the woman who agrees to marry (have a sexual relation with) a Mushrik (polytheist, pagan or idolater) or an adulterer — fornicator, then she is either a prostitute or a Mushrikah (female polytheist, pagan, or idolatress)]. Such a thing is forbidden to the believers (of Islamic Monotheism)”

Any sinner who marries a chaste/virgin woman is living in sin, because his marriage is invalid. So, all the Faraxs who mess around and want to marry a clean girl are only lying to themselves, because within the confines of the Shari'ah, their marriage is invalid, its as if a nikaax never took place.

Go to the nearest Masjid & ask the Imaam: "Can an adulterer/fornicator marry a pure/chaste woman?" He'll tell you the same thing I did, the evidence is the Qur'an & many hadiths. If it doesn't settle with you doesn't mean its not true.


Marriage like everything else has rules & conditions:

1-Husband must be a Muslim who prays, because abandoning prayer leads to kufr & a Muslim woman can never marry a kaafir.

2-The girl's wali (guardian) must be present during nikaax, this can be her father/brother/uncles/cousins or if she has no one, then the Muslim ruler becomes her wali.

3-The girl must agree either by saying it out loud or keeping quiet, but not protesting it.

4-Both couples must be saalihaat (clean/chaste) individuals, not adulterers/fornicators.

5-A dowry must be set, it can be anything as long as it has value attached to it.

6-The bride must not be pregnant. A nikaax can not be done on a pregnant woman.

Repentance is the keyword, because repentance wipes away all former sins. If you repent sincerely and follow the conditions for it i.e. stopping the sin, feeling sorry about the sin, and vowing to never return to it. Then you are granted the title of non-fornicator, a former sinner can then marry a chaste spouse & enjoy the fruits of a blessed marriage that is legal.

However, if a fornicator does not pray, his repentance will never be accepted. First thing is to establish salaah, then repent, then sever contact with former girlfriends/booty calls and then you can marry. There's always a 2nd chance. Also, if someone who was married once ever has illegal sex, he will be considered an adulterer. Once nikaax takes place even if widowed or divorced, you'll always wear the title. You will be stoned rather than whipped.
