Its a gift to know how to apply make up. When you put it on, no one should notice you are wearing any...thats how I look at it. If it aint your thing, every girl should atleast not get out of the house without an eyeliner and lip gloss.

speakin of eye-liner. i don't like the regular kind. it does not work at all. so i just put on some old fashion indho kuul.

Have you tired using just regular black eye shadow from like MAC and using an eyeliner brush to apply.

no i have not. but i've tried those eye-liners and they don't work for me at all. maba ba'aane

Try it. Its easy and gives you a smooth,clean look. If you are talking about the eye pencil, after you apply, using a brush to smooth it out for a finish and it wont look so rough and smeary.

One thing I don't understand is people who say - I'll put on just a little bit I mean either put it on properly (i.e. no yellow based foundation without bronzer/blusher) or don't bother. Otherwise you just look confused.

I see makeup as art, albeit I do play it safe.

ps You're 'I like natural' comments made me think of the 'natural look' there is makeup for everything.


To the question - The look created by makeup may seem ugly to you i.e. hooker/goth but makeup is just makeup
