i personally think if you are majeerteen, dhulbahante, leelkase, awrtable, madhiban and all the other clan in puntland you are automatically puntlader regardless of what part of somalia you we born or raised. some of my family are reer kismayood what does that make them? kismayolander/puntlandlader that is why.
