This is funny, so you are asserting that by embracing the so-called 'Manifesto' group's demands, the political turmoil and the violence that ensued would have never commenced?

Besides, if one is going to post that 'Manifesto' article, why not actually eloborate on the consequence behind their declaration instead of selectively posting the article and leaving it open for interpretation.

When the so-called Manifesto group published their article, they were ignored and some of them were subsequently apprehended. However, the majority of them were incoporated in to the new government headed by Maxamed Xawaadle.

This is what forced Caydiid (RH) to accuse the Manifesto of being pro-Siyaad Barre.

I am sorry but I was born in Benadir Hospital to well off parents and a nice house that, yes I will grant you, was occupied by vagrants of your clan as late as 2006. That is not the contention here no need to become defensive. The reality is all of your apologizing, all this attempt to wipe the slate clean of the events of the early 90's is a way to legitimize the legality of the opposition that was based not on nationalism, not on the welfare of any people, not on a love for any sense of justice that was or percieved to be missing but rather was based on greed and ambition that ultimately saw the destruction of the country and the capital city the president left INTACT. Never mind that very greed and ambition killed the individual you are apologizing in the most ironic of circumstances whereby his nearest of kin pulled the trigger that ended his sad life.

There is NO legality, because the objective itself was criminal minded. Siad Barre did this, Siad Barre did that...Siad Barre divided us, Siad Barre armed against against each other...well you know what? The only legitimate opposition to MSB was the SSDF and Abdullahi Yusif. Aideed and the USC were war criminals not politicians. Qeybiid and the red berets were being fed by adeer MSB. and like they say, never bite the hand that feeds you.
