Mainly the lack of proper exercising and poor dieting leads to that.

It's kinda sad how you guys generalize. I know a lot of Somali women who had 3 kids and look like they ain't had any. My aunt is like that and so is my older cousin. My friend has a son and she has a membership at lifetime fitness. Don't know where you live but get your facts straight.

Since we're all on that generalizing tip, why do Somali men have big asses, and no I'm not tryna ya'll gay or anything but you do have donks, tone that up boo and do them squats or whatever works for you lol. Why do they have beer bellys at the age of 25, AND THEY DON'T EVEN DRINK BEER... Get your facts together before pointing fingers.

coz them eat fatty foods. meat and stuff, not veg, no fruit. baruur waa foolxumo
