Allah said in his book:

ٱلَّذِينَ يُنفِقُونَ فِي السَّرَّآءِ وَٱلضَّرَّآءِ وَٱلْكَاظِمِينَ ٱلْغَيْظَ وَٱلْعَافِينَ عَنِ ٱلنَّاسِ وَٱللَّهُ يُحِبُّ ٱلْمُحْسِنِينَ

"Who spends in obedience to God in prosperity and adversity and restrains their rage, and pardons their fellow-men and God loves those who are virtuous." 3:134

Those who spend in times of ease and difficulty, and restrain their anger even though they are able to to do harm to those who wrong them; Allah loves those who are virtuous and He will reward them.


وَلاَ تَسْتَوِي ٱلْحَسَنَةُ وَلاَ ٱلسَّيِّئَةُ ٱدْفَعْ بِٱلَّتِي هِيَ أَحْسَنُ فَإِذَا ٱلَّذِي بَيْنَكَ وَبَيْنَهُ عَدَاوَةٌ كَأَنَّهُ وَلِيٌّ حَمِيمٌ

"And they are not equal, the good deed and the evil deed. Repel, the evil deed with that which is better, then, behold, he between whom and you there was enmity will be as though he were a dear friend" 41:34

Allah's Messenger said a Muslim is never allowed to stay angry with his Muslim brother over three day's , because he who does that, then dies will go to hell .

It has been narrated by Abu Huraira (May Allah be pleased with him) that Allah's messenger said: “The strong is not the one who over comes the people by his strength” "But the strong is the one who controls himself while in anger."

"Shall I not tell you who among you is most beloved to me and will be closest to me on the Day of Resurrection?" He repeated it two or three tines, and they said, "Yes, O Messenger of Allah (PBUH)". He said: "Those of you who are the best in attitude and character."

May Allah make us all those who are the best in attitude and character and guide us to do whatever pleases Allah and grants us Al Firdows.

When someone feels he/she is very anger remember to say "I seek refuge in Allah from the whispers of the Shaydan.", drink glass of water, if you are standing, sit down, if you are sitting, sleep.

Dee whenever I see poems only the crazy ones I like comes to my mind and its quite lovely how the poet wrote these lines. Are these lines by itself or part of a poem?

it's not long poem.

it's lines from imam alshafi'i. he was very good poet too beside being faqiih.
imam ali also few poems which is very meanfull.

Navy:

There is a hadith in which a young man asks Xabiibullaah csws for advice the prophet replies " do not become angry" and the young man further prods for more until the prophet scws repeats the same advice thrice. Ability to control once anger runs deep in Islamic teaching that it seems connected almost with transcending the self/ego. The famous encounter Sayidunna Ali karamallah wajhu comes to mind in which he overpowers an enemy on the battle field and as he was about to finish him off his opponent spits at Ali cs, at which point Ali rc throws his sword to the side, baffled by this his opponent inquires about this action at which Ali cs replies that initially I was fighting for the sake of Allah, but after your action I became angry, so Ali kaw threw to the side his lest he proceeds from anger rather than Ikhlaas...
