Those of us who were either born or raised out of Somalia. Do we have any cliam and/or rights to Somali soil?

We may have somali nationality, but its just a name. Some of us dont speak the laungage properLy, dont know the culture properly, dont know the history properLy. If I decided today that I wanted to go to Somalia, do I have any claim there? I have never contributed wheather economically or socially to the somali cause (lets just say for argument sake). If we have rights...is it the same as those who were born and bread there?
