How will the Govt fall if its key installations are heavily defended ?

Regional States ? Shiid, Majeertenia is packed with Shababists who are simply conducting their low level campaign against the Kuffar state admin. Its just a matter of time before them and their compatriots in SLand move in an onslaught against both admins but are waiting on a successful seizure of Banadir.

As for the Ahlu Sunnah Wal Jameeca, they have more influence than an regional administration and are multiqabiil. They are the only true obstacle to the Al Qaeda Shababists from seizing central Somalia.

I think the government should be supported. Al-Shabaab & Hizbul Islam are against the current government and after bringing it down they most likely will fight each other..its like a never ending war.

AW, I have no family in Somalia in harms way, but for the moment I can sit back and watch as the worldwide Hawiye population diminishes.

Whether in Galguduud or Benadir, every bullet catches a Hawiye target, I don't care why they fight, so long as I like the results. I was here just telling the unbiased truth.

I totally agree, its an obvious fact. However, when the gov't falls, the AMISOM guys will leave via the port immediately. This is not Ethiopia, they have no reason to stay beyond mandate, they've got no national or regional agenda in Somalia.

Technically didn't that happen already with shabab/hizbul islaamiya running amock with sh dalxis to the point Where He's holed up in Villa Somalia? I think the AMISOM troops are being kept there by force by the EU/US/UN who are trying to plot out some sort of strategy for this piece of shid country. The main problem is Somalia right now really serves no geopolitical interest for anybody to give a shid or do anything besides keep these 4000 negros in Mog as a stopgap from capturing the 3 most important parts of the town until they can hammer out a new strategy. A return of all the warlords along with Eithos under along with these 'ahlu sunna' seems to be one strategy they're plotting

The Ahlu Sunnah Wal Jameeca are an indigenous force of Sufis opposed to the Shabab Agenda. Never underestimate the power and persuasion of the Dariiqa in Galgaduud and Mudug who were vital in challenging the UIC and Al Shabab in 2006 to now.
