Erigavo is not significant nor is it the hub of Maakhir. That is why Badhan has become the new capital of Maakhir .And the Erigavo can not be compared to Laas Anod, this town was nearly completely occupied when Maakhir State arrived in East Erigavo and the existing admin in the West corner had to accept there presence. However the State dissolved and lack of resources they could not over run the existing admin in the West.

The town has a militia ( who are not Isaaq) that can easily be over runned or switch sides. The question of Maakhir is what it is on ground its only on Somalinet you here outrageous claims, I doubt you would here a Warsangeli claim Berbera let alone Togdheer but these kids run around like headless chicken to equate their admin with Somalian dominancy of Maakhir.

Why worry about anything I just came back from Maakhir. I dont need to know whose 85 or 100 percent, there is no propaganda just a bunch of frutrasted land squeezed Isaaq who day dream of the heavens: Maakhir. I dont blame them.
