Well in Mogadishu men wear essentially a skirt, and in the countryside men wear something that is basically a toga, does that mean women in Mogadishu should only wear trousers and shirts and should be banned from wearing a skirt or dress?

if by skirt you mean macawis, thats not normal dress for men, its something they mainly wear at home, or at night when they sleep!! and if by togo you mean qayd. is not something thats worn by all muslims around the world.

as for the trousers, musims should actually wear qamiis and trousers alike!
