Learn somali history..

 :P  :P

That is militrarist propaganda attempting to justify the Kacaan. It is not history. FYI: the Darawiish wars ended with the death of MAH in 1920, not 1922. Sayidka was an Ogaden leading Dulbahantes and a few others of the Qadiriyya against just about everybody else. During the endgame, he was an ally of the Italians. The version of his end I find most likely is that he was kicked out of Italian territory and fled to the Ogaden pursued by the Aweysiyya. How this makes him a national hero is beyond me.

Grant these folks dont like the truth, they prefer to stick to their biased interpretation of history and by pointing out their error, you will achieve nothing but make a new enemy. So let them have their fairytales about the mad mullah character and his agenda..

PS, AUN the old man..

PSS, If he was 6 how was he a Darwish?

Grant who cares what you A GAAL & all the decendants of ass licking foot washing gaalo footsoldiers think? WE DO NOT CARE WHAT OTHERS THINK WE CRUSH THEM & WE WOULD DO IT ALL OVER AGAIN!!

When was he an ally of the Italians? alaa kaan been baadna!! did he not invade italian somaliland & crush them!! were they not allied with the british & ethiopians what evidence do you have?

Darwiish history existed before the kacaan and will always exist (what does the kacaan have to do with this)

Ogaden leading The brave Dhulbahante is not a problem we are brothers and he was our son!

This is why many people ( mostly Isaaqs ) don't salute the mad mullah or his darwiish efforts .
The modern dooros notably the harti gagaabs and the inbred majeerten misusing whatever what lefts of a mans credibility and legacy.
Into what is openly tribal petty propaganda and politics.

I'm myself a bit confused wether to accept the man as a true hero , after reading his letters to the british.
But dooros keep shitting on a mans legacy.

A warning to hawiyas do not believe dooros.
Make up your own mind wether this man was really a hero or not ...
he did a lot of war criminal and unIslamically tribal strategic attacks on Isaaq from what I remember vaguely.

after reading both his qabiilistic poems and national .

executive and babygirl get your darwiish refugee azzes of here.

Grant is absolutely right about british tactic assaults on taleex and other places being lowlevel.
even Issaqs showed your harti gagaab azz mercy after the defeat.

Some additional pictures and details I hadn't seen before:

http://www.chakoten.dk/mad_mullah.html

Here is the Dervish-Italian agreement, the Agreement of Illig, of 1905:

"In March 1905, the Illig or Pestalozza Agreement was concluded between the Italian Government and the Mullah, whereby peace was declared between the Dervishes on the one hand and the British and Italian Governments on the other. The Mullah was assigned a port and certain territories in Italian Somaliland, beyond which he and his Dervishes undertook not to encroach. The Mullah also agreed to become an Italian protected subject. This agreement was, however, nullified soon after it was concluded, as the Mullah left Italian territory, and by 1907 had re-established himself on the British side, raiding and looting far and wide. "

Note that this agreement was only between the Italians and the Dervishes, and from the Italian perspective it was not abrogated when MAH moved back across the border. Furthermore, it seems clear that he felt free to attempt to raise an army in Italiand Somalia when he was driven out of the British sectors.
