Khalid hates it the 4.5 system more than you and inside way dhibta everything it stands for which is Darod and Hawiye are the hegemonic powers of the Somali people in what is known as the Republic of Somalia from the borders of Djibouti to the border with Kenya, but isaga he can't accept that so he has to try to deflect it.

We have no insecurities and so we can see as clearly as possible that 4.5 is racist, inconceivable, and to say it is "backward" is to tone down the primitive nature of it.

Sxb I don’t want my tribe to even nominate them self’s for the presidential seat of Somalia
Darod Prime minister
Hawiye hawiye president
Raxanweyn head of parliament
They share Somalia they should rule it I am not part of Somalia there for I don’t want the presidential seat of Somalia fahamtu wa la. Makes sense
You're being stupid. Who is to say an Issaq guy can't be Somalia's president if he is qualified?

The system also casts out minorities to the side as if they do not matter.

I don't agree with the 4.5 system but do we have short memories before the civil war could a raxanweyn become president? no, could a samaroon become president? no, could an Isaaq become president? maybe. That truth is that just because it wasn't publicised the top jobs could only be taken by Hawiye, Darood and Isaaq, so the minorites were left out. So as Somalis that's the only thing we know and that's what put us in this predicament as well.
