You just reminded me of a fiasco in Canada back in '99 when immigration officials started requesting DNA samples from Somalis to prove relations...the formal reason was "to keep warlords and war criminals out of Canada", lakiin it's common knowledge the real reason was cuz you'd see a lady claiming 15 Somalis who looked nothing like each other were her children, even though half of them looked older than her

Coming back into the States/Canada, Yea there is always going to be a possibility of being harassed simply cuz Your'e Muslim. What I'm talking about is How a friggin Egyptian, Kenyan, Ethiopian have the audacity to try to harass You in their country or not. I mean, if You're in a jam overseas, or You run into a police officer if You wave the passport, speak english, etc. they will be shitting in their pants. BTW I disagree with you guys on "degrees of Americna". We just got a Black president whose father was a Kenyan exchange student, and a former president on some high profile dancing with a genocidal dictator to free two Korean Americans who look and speak just like the people they were freed from. I have traveled a number of times and even abroad since the whole thing came out and I get treated with nothing but respect and courtesy by the Customs in the states. It is about sharci and if you carry that passport, no one has more rights than you who carries it by the law. Maybe the Canadians are different with steven harper as prime minister but the U.S is not and it has nothing to do with your country of origin cuz in my passport it says in capitalized letters Country of Origin: SOMALIA.
