This Garaad is propuntland but his brother Garaad abdi is pro Somaliland. After the death of Garaad Ismail the two brothers splitted into pro somaliland and pro puntland and both were crowned in seperate cermonies.

I have been to Oog, Guumays and whilst Oog is mostly if not all Isaaq Sacad Yoonis iyo Cali Barre Habar Jeclo. Guumays bother I have seen HY and Dhulbante, I did not bother ask them what if they classified it HY, and Dhulbante.

Yeeyle, I been told is a hardcore Jamac Siyaad but there is Isaaq mostly camel herders and other live stock nomads that come through or by that town and even live their. As, of the town I was highlighted what the Guudi of the Habar Yoonis Sool stated that majority of the time the most organised clans are Dhulbante and HJ in terms of the administration of Sool, but also other clans such as Sacad yoonis, Maxammud Xmut, and Damal Musa all HY also inhabit that region. hence, these peopel also should be represented that not bad

I am sure if the Gadweyne stated that Dhulbante have not the permission in settel or seek to have some maamal power in Sanaag and Ceerigabo then you would find unjust. The fact is Dhulbante live in Berbera, Burao, Ceerigabo..etc some Isaaq do in Guumays,and to Yeeyle,

Horta, Gar'dag waa 100% Isaaq, mostly HJ 80% Reer Idile (Biciide), 13% Sacad Yoonis, 7% others (Bicida kale Boho, etc..). The Sacad yoonis were as high as 30-40% 20 years ago but have gone down to repopulate places such as Oog, Bohol, Guumays, Badhweyne, Gosaweyne..etc

War, borther i stated that both Dhulbante and Sacad Yoonis live in Guumays. Guumays is differently shared because even the Damal Musa (Musa Carre) had come from Mudug which they had a gaashbuur with the Dir. Also Maxammud Xummut (Musa Ismail). In order for the HY nomads to get to Yeeyle from Oog they must pass Guumays.

But, Yeeyle is south of Guumays, say a bit westerly also, North of Guumays is the Sacad Yoonis degeens of Badhweyne and Gosaweyne and west is Oog. Waa ilaahaay ka baaq both Habar Yoonis and Dhulabnte live in Guumays.


These nomads dont need permission and there not just there in jilaal, xaga..etc they are there in perminate settlemet near Yeeyle sibaa Damal Musa (who have come recently), Sacad Yoonis and and Dhulbante sibaa Jamac Siyaad and Maxammud Garaadka have been fighting decades.
