I take it you are claiming to know more about Shariah law than Sheikh Sharif, who has studied Shariah law in Khartoum and Libya, and has a doctorate in Islamic Law.

When was the last Ramadan where fighting wasn't absolutely necessary?
The fighting is unnecessary in this Ramadan, considering al-Shabab is attacking a government they earlier swore to defend (a government that implimented and ruled by Shariah).
Al-Shabab are not obligated to support a murtad government who's interpretation of Sharia is diluted and made to appease the West.
As long as a munafiq runs the country and the inherently corrupt institution known as the TFG stands, fighting will always be necessary.
