If price is not an issue as you said, why not try distant learning programs from top tier MBA schools. Couple come to mind,

Mind you some of these programs will need physical presence and others not. Duke for one is mainly distant learning.
Harvard MBA does also offer few free certifications I am told and will look into them and update you if its true.
Overall I strongly suggest you pursue the traditional MBA if you can. Online courses and degrees are mere ad-ons and will not have the pull factor when it comes to recruiters. Good luck
