Magaalada Danood waa magaalo Habar Yoonis, but recently they migrated to Wardheer.

They settled in the southern parts of Danood district with the Abraahin, who were'nt to pleased to recieve them.

They traditionally use to live near Qabri Dahari iyo near the Jidwaaq, but there are live a dieing bread.

Gerri Koombe, Abuskuul, Bartire are the most braviest Darood clans, if not whole of somali. There small numbers is in part to there wars they have been hrough the centuries.

My friend is getting married to one, shes another Gerri clan not abba Yoonis. I guess is quiet pleasing to have a name after a warrior clan, i.e. Abba Yoonis, Habarati ee Reerka Abba Yoonis rather than a xabashid

Buro, these clans are not minority but their invisibility is due to their settlements in the occupied region. If they had settled Inside the recognized territories of Somalia, they would have been major clans in par with other Daarood clans.
