This is somalia's main problem and the reason they'll always be in war: Its like the apartment downstairs is burning and the guy who owns that apartment is occupying himself with the two apartments upstairs - which are both in good condition.

Dang, whats the big fuss. Somaliland is part of Somalia. The UN, AU, EU, USA and every nation even Ethiopia agrees so.
