He can classify himself however he like. He doesn't need to ask you guys permission. Don't act like you guys have a monopoly on being Somali . But the question should be is why does he really want to be somali in this Dn-age. Its not like somalia went to the moon or can give him a better standard of living. He should stick with being Italian its more lucrative.

it all depends on the father if he is somali or not. if the father has a qabil then the child will have a qabil.

no qabil = no somali. simple truth
