lol Strange thing was the chatroom,news,singles etc were working just fine only the Forums section was closed off.

It's quite embarrassing, to be frank. Fixing a basic formatting error takes minutes, you don't even need to be functional regarding computers, as long as you can access google and search basic terms, all the information necessary is at your disposal.
