The first court throw out the law suit and so did the U.S circuit court. This is natural for appeals to go all the way to the Supreme Court but what is interesting is it was picked up by the Supreme Court for review, they usually do that for few of the actual appeals that get to them when they want to send an official precedent. The Supreme Court probably wants to reinforce what is actually the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act so an appeal doesn't go this high for such a case.
I mean how will some guy blame the prime minister of a non democratic country for personal injuries that might have been attributed to him by soldiers/police? Waa ridiculous
