What makes you think they can go after a Jaberti in America when 75% of the Somalis here are Jaberti?

The first court throw out the law suit and so did the U.S circuit court. This is natural for appeals to go all the way to the Supreme Court but what is interesting is it was picked up by the Supreme Court for review, they usually do that for few of the actual appeals that get to them when they want to send an official precedent. The Supreme Court probably wants to reinforce what is actually the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act so an appeal doesn't go this high for such a case.

I mean how will some guy blame the prime minister of a non democratic country for personal injuries that might have been attributed to him by soldiers/police? Waa ridiculous

Puntland goverment will issue statement supporting Mudane Ali Samatar,

Even thought this guy was highest ranking officer in Somali military (Sareye Guud) but he never ordered any soldier to committ crime against anyone, it's shame that iidoors are accusing him to crimes he never committed.

Ok, We Darod committed all the killings in Hargeysa, am I proud of it? (maybe) Did the Somali goverment had the rights to fight SNM rebels? the answer is yes simply per geneva agreement every goverment has the rights to fight civil unrest and armed oppisition now since I answer those questions truthfully and honestly why iidoor community are after innocent Ali Samatar?

The Afweyne goverment didn't fight the SNM, they fled and intsead excuted Isaaq civilians. thats what you Kuumbos are missing, the war didn't begin with the SNM the excutions were daily events , in one day in Burco in 1987 40 elders were excuted , in another day 21 teenagers were excuted,
