Carab Salaaxs aren't Majeerteen at all. The only relationship they have is that they live in the same region and intermarry heavily especially with Maxamuud Saleebaan.

I have a lot of Carab Salaax relatives and I have never heard such thing as to them claiming they are Majeerteen. They originally come from Al-Mehar in Yemen about 250 to 300 years ago.

There are a lot of Carab Salaaxs in North America and Europe especially Toronto, Boston, and London. Every Maxamuud Saleebaan has an Carab Salaax mother, grandmother or cousin.
