Waryaa, I meant its up to the individual to define what this
guard their private parts and do not display their ornaments except what appears thereof, and let them wear their head-coverings over their bosoms

What are you talking about, it is the choice of the individual to follow what
has already been set by the prophet scw, simple as that.

one of the basics of the aqeedah of the muslimeen is that a person's emaan consists of not only what's hidden, i.e. the heart, but also what's apparent, i.e. the speech of the tongue and the action of the limbs. so modesty isn't just a state within the heart, but it should also manifest itself on a person's exterior.
