On the other hand I want to learn how to play the kaban.
Well, that's because the trumpet's a God awful instrument.

My brother has one, and I'm *this* close to throwing it out of his window.

600 dollars isn't a lot in comparison to what 'real' harps sell for.

I'm going to buy the 600 dollar one, and hopefully later move on to the 4,000 dollar kind.

I can't really say that we always see eye to eye, though i think you have read a little too much of Shakespere and wish to re-enact a fantasy of being a fairy in woods that drinks and leads guys into the woods with an alluring play of the harp only to trick them in the end and has a jolly ol'day.

But if you think its worth then. . . still don't do it :|

No, walahi, I'm serious.

My friend fences, and he says it's an amazing sport.

I like the sword-things; they're bendy.

Ok don't laugh at me but I use to want to actually do it, but then i realized that it is nothing like i imagined its too quick, if it was slow and we could go at it for hours like the movies than i would be into it 8-)

You need some serious Dhaqan-celis, Fencing is for white, rich gay guys.

And in case you haven`t figured it already, I was talking about lap tops not lard tops :|

I should be the one using the condescending tone, not you.

How did you derive 'laptop' from 'lap HARP'?

Is this insane?

No. A lap harp doesn't devaluate much, you can sell it easily for 75% of what you paid for it.

If you love it, you should definitely go for it. Especially if this is an entry level harp. You can always upgrade later.
