i dont think any somali city will be like that in 2035. in 26 years time in 2035 the closest might just be Hargeisa

So why not Burco , Xamar , Buuhoodle , Hargeisa ?
which has together 100x more people, knowledge , education , languages , any kind of rescources.

Digdahab, walaal they had oil and a stable government. Somalis have neither. The current Somaliland government provides peace but nothing else.
