Am back to smoking yo, couldn't do it man.
I lasted two & half days but couldn't go on.

This cousin of mine kept smoking near me
and finally made me go back to damn thing.

I wasted two days of smoke which i cannot get back.

I made this countdown once a month for the past 3 or so years.

If you quit smoking for 8 days, you will get physically sick if you try smoking after that, try it. I haven't gone 8 days without a cig in 2 years but I have friends who it worked for. They started to quit smoking this week and they get sick every time they smoke now, some been smoking for 10 years and now they're sick of it literally.

man , i never tried to smoke, and possibly i won't as i heard that once you start smoking it's hard to quit it. but if you decided to give it up, just don't push yourself. give yourself some time as quiting itself may take sometime. tartiib tartiibe aa hawlaha lagu filiyaa sxb. good luck sxb.

I started by trying to convince a friend of mine to quit smoking and telling him about the health issues it has. Then he tells me the thing is addictive and i tell him nothing is addictive you just dont want to quit. So to prove my point that nothing is addictive i made a deal with that i will smoke with for few days and then i'll quit and if i do so he has to quit too. Few days later after smoking with him i stopped smoking but the dude broke our agreement and told me the thing is addictive and its not that easy to quit, next thing i knew i was going to the stores and buying cigarretes for my self.

Yep fasting does help but the thing is i work at night.

I know people that did it just like that. I think if you cut back slowly on the sticks, in no time you can quit. Good luck bro, you goin to need it.
