they've done far bigger suicide bombings and took responsibility for it, so what does this differ, if it is them

Which sources said it was the doing of those called Al-Shabab? Or we are guessing it?
I am just confused here.. Wasn't Caddow AUN one of those groups who were fighting with the TFG before this one?
