talking is pretty cheap. the only thing Somalis good at is talk. check how many books, articles, and essays have been written by Somalis about the Somali problem. still nothing has changed. still Somalia and its shacab are suffering from the worst sort of instability and chaos. Somalia needs a strong and real leadership from within that is free from nacayb, danaysi, ka danaysi, and kabaqaad.

"Should State governments like Puntland and Somaliland stop being selfish and contribute to the peace process of somalia?"
Hey kid, come here a minute...come close....WAKE THE FOCK UP!!!
Somalia will never be one "again" and it will never go back to the way it was.
Ps...Stop crying about the old Somalia and embrace the new ways.

the somali diaspora are the greatest treat to somalia with their broken homes and no family values and they are the instigators and financiers of the civil war.
the mind of the liberal diaspora will be the cause of the next civil
first real civil war was in 1969 caused by italian and british educated elites( thank god that one was overpowered by the xooga dhalka, which we didn`t have in 91.
the political infrastructure that caused the 60`s civil war is being recreated in somaliland and puntland.
second civil war was between millitryman former generals and colonels now warlords and private profiteers, the infrastructure of that still excist today in southen somalia.
third civil war will be between western somalis verses natieve minded somalis and they will use smoke screens like traditionallist vs ilbaxnimo
and the civil war history will be used to undermin once opponents
somalia is a roundbout whos users don`t notice that they are on a roundabout

an exercise that will prove too challenging and therefor most likely you will fail, but it might be educational.
