this doesnt even make sense..the man had a bomb so powerfull that it killed more than 20 people..yet his upper body is intact..if he was a suicide bomber his body would have been blown into pieces and he would get burned by the explosion..maybe a leg or an arm would have been found..anyways allah knows best..
