Funny thing is, Puntland is successfully lobbying in Europe to have a coast guard and special troops paid and trained with the necessary equipment (radars, weapons, speedboats) and facilities (prisons, court buildings) to 'fight piracy'. Puntland would receive $50 Million USD and the lobbying is going well, because the most important argument used is that the current situation is not cost-effective to the IC and not fruitful at all.
