there is nothing surprising about the smilies they copied it from james Dahl's website of Abtirsi if you go to Abtirsi you will notice it had this same smilies in the forums of Abtirsi. way before.

SomaliNet uses the same forum software I do, but they just upgraded to the same version I have.
A lot of their smilies are still broken though...
