Wear two pants(jeans and soft one beneath),cotton shirt and sweater underneath your jacket, cover your head with a hat and make sure you wear snow boots, regular xarrago shoes are NO NO as Your feet will freeze and also remember to put on gloves. Basically the whole 9 yards. having your Shaax or coffee or soup also comes in handy.

I know what you meant, saaxib. Allergy tablets sort that out (the shivering and cuncun you get from suddenly moving between hot and cold environments).
