Why are you laughing?

Abdiqasim lived in Egypt since the early 90's so I think that qualifies as "diaspora".

waa ruunta. Somali people generally have some crazy characteristics. Even if we had an educated, God fearing leader, that somehow hailed from every qabil in somalia, they would still find a problem or an issue.

Nobleman,

Somalia needs a strong leader, a strong team of technocrats and a strong security force to karbash those who use force to challenge the regime.

So far we got a weak leader (a poor Wadaad with zero skills in making fiery kutbahs or religious arguments against his opponents), a greedy, incompetent administration, and poor underpaid security forces.

I could do a better job than Sheik Sharif

Seriously although it aint easy but all you need is $$ and lots of it, this should help you recruit and ciidan as long as your paying more money than the enemy people will join your forces. Also once you have enough soldiers you buy lots of weapons and make sure you buy better weapons than the enemy.

Just because you have an NGO does not mean you are qualified to run a state. Cumar was in the U.N and had more political international interaction yet he is just as ineffective and confused as Sheikh duuliye sare.

Somalis are the only people who consider every man who can read a professor.

OK Voltage! why don't you groom yourself for the post then :?:

you might be right about Cumar cabdirashiid proving to be ineffective for a man of his credentials, but then again he is in a messed up institution headed by a clueless leader and some cabinet ministers who negate his deals i.e. the Puntland deal was demolished by Prof Ibbi.

Cumarlabasuul

thanks bro

Somalis are the only people who consider every man who can read a professor.
more thing most somalis who claim to be professor are not actual professors.
two be a professor you to have certain credentials, you have have x number of books and articles published and you have to appointed by a university. just doing PH.D does not make you a professor it just makes a DR.
but somalis just claim to professors and engineers and when in reality somalia has the lowest number of engineers and professsors in the world
